Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Items must be provided with all original labels.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• Earrings and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise. The costs are 6.95 and will be deducted from the original amount.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a few business days via the original payment method.
